Terms and Conditions
- Service Scope
- All services listed apply to only single WordPress site installations and do not include WordPress Multisite.
- Full Optimization: Performance improvements including caching, image optimization, and core speed enhancements plus image delivery network integration.
- Total Security Hardening: Core file integrity, firewall, file permissions and directory locks, tampering prevention among many other. see full product page.
- All-in-One Full Optimization + Security Hardening: All previous features plus security hardening, file and directory permission fixes, login protection, and firewall configuration.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate website information and temporary administrative access.
- Maintain complete site backups before service begins.
- Ensure hosting environment meets technical requirements.
(example: server must have Redis installed if Redis is desired Object Caching preference. Server ops is outside the service scope)
- Total Security Hardening
- Security features are applied only in the Total Security Hardening package and All-in-One package.
- The provider is not responsible for server-level security, future plugin updates, or breaches that occur after service completion, including vulnerabilities introduced by automatic updates.
- Security measures significantly reduce common risks but do not guarantee absolute protection.
- Content and Plugins
- Existing plugins will not be removed without your consent. In case they present an immediate security hazard, we’ll just disable them.
- All work is performed without third-party SaaS services unless explicitly requested by a customer at the customer’s expense; all optimizations are applied directly to your site.
- Payment and Refunds
- All payments are final once service begins.
- No refunds will be issued for disputes unless a material breach is demonstrated.
- Limitation of Liability
- The provider is not responsible for pre-existing site issues, plugin or theme conflicts, hosting limitations, or security breaches occurring after service completion.
- Service Completion is defined as the point at which the purchased package has been fully implemented and a summary report is delivered to the client via email. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and monitoring are not included unless explicitly stated in a separate maintenance agreement.
- Prohibited Actions
- Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse, or malicious actions will result in immediate termination of service and notification to the payment processor.
- Agreement
- By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
